The Just Label
Just® marks the beginning of a new era of corporate transparency. ILFI invites organizations everywhere to evaluate themselves through this social justice and equity lens and become a Just organization. With support from participating organizations, Just will help create a better, more socially just and equitable world. Help your organization optimize policies that improve social equity and enhance employee engagement.
How Just Works
Just is a program for people who want to make changes within their organizations. It focuses on employee experience, health, well-being, and meaningful community connections. It uplifts the understanding that it is people who make up businesses and communities and that people are the core of creating a Living Future.
As a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations rather than a certification program, Just is a transparency framework that provides a guide to creating meaningful policies and ensuring those policies turn into actions that generate increasing levels of positive impact over time. It requires reporting on a range of organization- and employee-related indicators. Each indicator outlines measurable accountabilities in order for the organization to be recognized at four levels of performance, which are summarized elegantly on the label. Organizations can use the label on their website or marketing to demonstrate their commitments to these social justice and equity Indicators. ILFI also transparently posts the detailed information in our publicly viewable Just database.
